A month ago there were three realty signs on Ursular Court. Only one of them was a green McKnight sign; only one proceeded to an "in contract" sign addition; only one went to "sold". It was my house and the name Debbie Lettieri was on it and for this I'll be eternally grateful. Having met Debbie at an open house last August (after which she followed up with printed material delivered to my house), I felt certain she was the realtor with whom I would be most comfortable. I had interviewed one set of realtors a year before and interviewed a second set before I signed with your firm.

When Debbie visited my house in December, it was the first time I was about to move in 43 years. I was hoping to put the house up for sale in March and Debbie suggested I do it as quickly as possible. She suggested a price as well as the time and I followed her suggestions. Debbie's astute pricing, marketing skills, prompt response to calls, and unfailing optimism made my experience as low stress as possible. When, in the course of the sale, we met with bumps in the road, Debbie was always there to help move the process forward. When I moved and was no longer in Smithtown, Debbie did the walk-through, was present for the Suffolk Water Authority visit, and at the closing.

You must be an astute businessman to have Debbie Lettieri on your staff. Treat her well; she is a very valuable colleague. Although I no longer live in Smithtown, I have many friends to whom I will feel confident in recommending Debbie as a hard working realtor who gets things done. Although it has been a little over two years since we moved to the wonderful Kings Park, I wanted to take a few long overdue moments to talk about Lisa Platti.

As much as I can say that the "house" sold us, it was really Lisa Platti that "sold" us to move to Kings Park. This was a particularly big move for my wife since her friends and family are all in and around Massapequa/South Shore area.
