Dear Beth,
Now that the dust has settled (literally), I wanted to drop you a note to express my appreciation for the way you handled our recent real estate transaction. You were able to find the perfect “dream house” and help my family sell our home . Your efforts were untiring, and your constant encouragement was incredibly helpful. Throughout, I found you to be extremely knowledgeable, assertive without being overbearing, and very sensitive to the needs of our three children. Your enthusiasm and reassuring manner helped them deal with the changes taking place in their lives.
In short, Beth, you were there for us every step of the way. You anticipated and headed off problems before they developed. You were in constant communication with me so that I never felt we did not know what was going on. We would often say to ourselves "Thank God for Beth" as we clearly realized how differently things could have gone if you were not "on our team."
Let me end with a simple "thank you." It does not seem enough given all you did, but it is straight from the heart. You really came through for us and for that we are all exceedingly grateful.
