I'm a Long Island native having been born and raised in the local area. My youth was filled with extra-curricular activities and organizations centered around school, church and athletics. My children currently  attend Smithtown schools and I am very knowledgeable of current events and the curriculum within the school district. Current hobbies of mine include spending time with my family, and volunteering in many school related activities.
